Logistics incorporates many administrative and operational functions including: traffic & transportation, warehousing & distribution, material handling, inventory control, purchasing, market forecasting, order processing, packaging and customer service.

The MCS Global Group will act as your company's internal Logistics management department to handle all your freight needs. We will monitor the process and make suggestions that will help streamline any foreseen problems. We give you visibility of your product at all points of the complicated supply chain process.

FREIGHT ROUTING & SCHEDULING
Once the MCS Global Group receives your order we automatically trouble-shoot the process. (For example, our research indicates certain products may cause lengthy delays from one border crossing to another. that's very important information with time-sensitive products). We then co-ordinate the pick-up with our contracted carrier to ensure your freight arrives on time when promised.

FREIGHT TRACKING & DELIVERY
Our on-line tracking capabilities with contracted carriers allows us to pinpoint the exact location of your freight. Now that's piece-of-mind!

FREIGHT BILLING & AUDITING
Logistics management package or you may decide to choose this option as part of the supply chain management package or as a stand-alone program. Each bill is audited against the carrier tariff to guarantee you pay only the contracted amount.

CLAIM FILING & PROCESSING
In the unlikely event that your shipment is lost or damaged, we will process all claims. For procedures on how to file a claim please contact our Customer Care Department.
